Policy Works, started in 1991, creates software specifically designed to help brokerages automate and manage the complexities of commercial insurance. In 2000, the Policy Works Broker Edition was released as a commercial management tool designed specifically for brokers. Since that time, Policy Works has worked with over 400 Canadian brokerages to help them improve their commercial lines workflows.
Director of Implementation Services (2008 – Present)
Promoted into a newly created position to manage the Implementation Services team and lead special projects. The team’s responsibility is focused on training, client adoption and utilization of the software to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Implementation Manager (2004 – 2008)
Hired to coordinate implementation projects and provide training and support for clients in the Ontario and Maritime regions. Responsible for ensuring implementations were completed in a timely fashion while also ensuring client satisfaction.
Triversity Inc., Toronto Ontario 1998 - 2004
Triversity, started in 1990 & purchased by SAP in 2004, designs and develops customer-centric software solutions for the retail industry. It provides point-of-sale and point-of interaction applications which manage transaction processing and data sharing at stores, kiosks, online, and through wireless devices.
